The Asclepion MCL 30 Dermablate is the logical continuation of our proven MCL 29 Dermablate, the best-selling Er:YAG laser worldwide. Even older lasers of this type are running untiringly and reliably - and that is what matters. Now, we are presenting the worthy successor: a laser with improved performance data, new options and a winning design.
The standard laser for dermatology
Precise and controlled ablation of the skin - accurate to a micron, if necessary. Safe and gentle removal of a multitude of dermal and epidermal skin lesions. Successful in skin resurfacing. Integrated thermal mode for haemostasis.
The workhorse for daily use The MCL 30 Dermablate is designed for continuous duty. With decreased load, cooling and ventilation are reduced automatically to the degree necessary; the noise level is minimal. As a matter of course, the laser is ready for operation within seconds.
Integrated smoke evacuation
The middle section of the laser contains a powerful smoke evacuation system controllable via a rotary knob. It switches on, only when the foot switch is activated so it reduces the noise of the evacuation to the absolute necessary time. The combined filter system (prefilter, carbon and main filter) is easily accessible protecting you for many hours. An additional evacuation device is no longer needed.The smoke evacuation system is connected with a handpiece with the approved TEAM-technology through an evacuation hose. The collection of all ablated particles in their direction of motion through the patented TEAM method (Total Evacuation of Ablated Material) is extremely effective and is making an additional assistance superfluous.
Unsurpassed comfort - now with auto energy mode
With the use of the VarioSpot the laser automatically detects the adjusted spot size. You only need to adjust the fluence, and the MCL 30 Dermablate will automatically calculate the treatment energy. The fluence is the most reliable treatment parameter, as it is directly proportional to the amount of ablation (1 J/cm² ablates approximately 5 µm of tissue).
The MCL 30 Dermablate is the successful laser with the widest possible spectrum of applications for the professional user, but an ideal laser for the newcomer, too.
