German engineering for effective hair removal
The high-power diode laser Asclepion MeDioStar enables you to provide professional hair removal and multiple other aesthetic treatments to your patients. For patient-specific needs, two versions are available. The MeDioStar XT with the 810 nm wavelength represents the gold-standard for hair removal. The MeDioStar miXT features two wavelengths in one device. The miXTure of the 810 nm and 940 nm wavelength offers a more gentle treatment on darker skin types.
Technological advantages in safety and functionality
The MeDioStar is easy to install and immediately ready to operate. The parameters are adjusted using a color touch screen display. The system comes with two operating modes. The BASIC MODE with its settings is designed for users with little experience. The PROFESSIONAL MODE additionally allows the practitioner to individually select the pulse duration up to 500 ms. Significant advantages lie within the newly designed handpiece of the MeDioStar. The integrated skin cooling is constantly monitored by an independent system. The spot size of the tip can be easily changed by a simple change of the plug&play tips. These tips deliver the energy homogeneously, so that no hot-spots occur. The ergonomic lightweight handpiece allows an easy and comfortable treatment for all treatment areas.

Hair removal remains the key application of aesthetic laser systems. However, the MeDioStar helps you to further enhance your practice and offers different upgrade options to increase the number of aesthetic treatment solutions for your practice. The Vascular Upgrade enables the practitioner to treat blue leg-veins up to a diameter of 2 mm. Please contact our local partner for clinical studies and treatment protocols. Superiour results are provided by the future Rejuvenation Upgrade. Through thermal photostimulation of the collagen, the skin is tightened which results in a young and healthy looking apperance.
